Much Need Guide through Taming Anxiety
This year (2024) has been loaded with exacerbation of anxiety for me. My husband was murdered at the beginning of the year and I’ve struggled with the loss severely to where my peace and joy has been overshadowed by anxiety exacerbating due to trauma. My psychologist assigned me the task to start journaling so we can identify daily triggers.This journal was economical plus appeared detailed providing guidance needed to combat anxiety triggers. Therefore, I am looking forward to this guided journal to minimize anxiety and help me develop strong coping mechanisms to overcome the triggers & minimizing anxiety exacerbations.The guide is reasonably priced and will help me accomplish what I need to accomplish therapeutically along with additional treatments from my psychologist & psychiatrist.

3 Months + Dreams + Coloring = Less Anxiety
This journal feels very good in hand – it’s very well made. There are three months of calendar where you can add small things about what is going on each day and then there is a section where you can write more detailed info for each day about how you are feeling, what you ate, etc. There is a weekly summary for each week as well. In addition, there are dream journal pages pages where you outline your dreams and next to each dream page is a “coloring page” with positive upbeat messages. It might seem a bit silly to some but the coloring really does help to relax you – so I do enjoy those pages.The journal has 3 different colored built-in bookmarks that are helpful for keeping your current pages easily accessible. There is also a place to hold your pen or pencil, a built-in envelope in the back to hold whatever and another elastic bookmark to hold your page. This is very well done. I’m trying to do it everyday.
