Knocks me out!!
Okay, this knocks me out! It takes 10-15 minutes for it to start working but it keeps me asleep for the WHOLE night. It kept me in a deep sleep and I don’t wake up drowsy. Very nice and tastes good.

The Time-Release option is a game changer for our family
I recommend these over the regular gummy melatonin that do not have the time-release additive. My daughters both suffer with sleep issues and I noticed a HUGE difference in how they are not only able to fall asleep more quickly, but they both stay asleep 95% more through the night with these, then they were with the ones that didn’t have the time-release ability. The taste is pleasant, they say and I’ve tried them too. The flavor starts off sweet, but then (in my opinion) leaves a bit of a medicinal taste, like a weak cough syrup. I recommend, giving this before brushing teeth for the night, because there is definitely a stickiness factor that will sit on the grooves of the teeth all night, if you don’t. This is a subscribe/save item for our house – so unless I run out and have to purchase something elsewhere – it is our go to product.

Effective and good tasting sleep aid
Good tasting and effective melatonin gummy. I’ve tried the regular 10 mg version as well as the time release version and I prefer the time release version as I think it works better for me. It kicks in after about 30 minutes and makes it very easy to fall asleep where I am someone who usually has difficulty falling asleep. I also tend to wake up multiple times during the night and this helps me to sleep through the night. I wake up feeling refreshed and it does not leave me feeling tired or groggy in the morning at all.

I didn’t think the 10mg of time released melatonin would be much different than the regular 10mg but boy was I wrong. One of these put me and the misses in a coma. Totally slept like a baby. I a little difficult to get out of bed but once up we are not groggy
