I’ve looked into all the different brands available to “over 50” brands and my findings was this brand offered the most healthy ingredients for the least amount of money and my health has improved partly due to these vitimins and increased excercise.

I have been taking these for over a year now and it’s easy to travel with and only takes one pill a day! I don’t like the ones that are two or three a day. Just too much!This one is just right and gives me energy for the whole day!

Go-To Multi
I have been taking these for a number of years now and they have become my go-to multivitamin. The price is reasonable and the quality if good. I’ve taken many other brands before, which I used to buy at the local health food store, but when a young bodybuilder who worked there recommended these, I decided to give them a try. I’ve stuck with them ever since.
