Great Quality Vitamins That Really Make a Difference!
I’ve been taking this vitamin supplement for a while now, and I can definitely feel the benefits. The quality is excellent, the capsules are easy to take, and there’s no unpleasant aftertaste. I’ve noticed an improvement in my overall energy and well-being since starting them. It’s also reassuring to know the ingredients are clearly listed and well-balanced. A solid, reliable supplement that delivers what it promises!

I fancy myself a bit of a supplement snob! Only kidding. I do take many supplements and no prescription medication, which is a really amazing thing to say when you’re in the over 50 club. These vitamins are not only easy to swallow, although they are larger, like most multivitamins, they come with trace mineral no nasty coating on the outside so for an elderly person or somebody with swallowing difficulty, this could easily be crushed and given with applesauce, for instance. I’ll find out you not end up with nausea or an upset stomach no acid reflux, which are common problems when taking a multivitamin. I also Partake in intermittent fasting which means I do not eat for 18 to 20 hours out of the day. Hence, I take a multivitamin on an empty stomach. These are not only effective you will physically feel an improvement in your well-being, due to the lack of trace minerals and certain vitamins in the food available . I.e. primarily organic so for me it is not a dietary issue. It’s a soil depletion issue, which is a worldwide problem, so taking a multivitamin is imperative for every person just a fill in the blanks of what you might be missing if you work out a lot like I do weight training, etc. you may want to add and trace minerals as well. Check out Dr Berg‘s products on this Amazon site and he offers a great trace mineral product. I don’t know if I’m allowed to say that with the advertising for another brand, but I take this daily for a couple of years and love them with not switch from this product.

I have really noticed a difference with these vitamins- and I’ve never noticed feeling better just by taking a vitamin- but I noticed I felt better- more energy, sleeping better, feeling more awake, even calmer, witin the first week of taking these. This has been good for my energy
I have been using these vitamins for a month and I Appreciate the energy difference I feel. I actually was told by my obgyn to start taking a multivitamin because of the fatigue I was experiencing especially with low iron. So I actually take this multivitamin and an iron supplement and I am doing so much better than last month. I am 41 years old and I just needed a boost. I like these vitamins a lot. Very thankful I found something that has worked for me so far.
