Must Have for Neck/Shoulder Pain Relief
I didn’t know how much I needed this neck and shoulder massager until I tried it. I’ve been suffering with neck and shoulder pain without much relief. This massager helps so much to massage the right points. I love how this massager gives you the option to wear it backpack style or using the hand pull. Deciding which way to wear it can adjust the massage intensity to where you need it for maximum pain relief. It has 3 massage settings, with heat on off, and 2 levels of intensity. So you can adjust the massager to you needs. I love that it’s wireless so I can take it wherever I need in the house, to work or on travel if I need too. It’s the perfect massager to get those kinks out your neck and shoulder with the massage quality of a hired masseuse.

MY NEW FAVORITE SHOULDER MASSAGER
We have tried a few neck massagers over the years, but this one is my favorite because it’s the most comfortable, best quality, it has a strap that goes behind to hold it on, and the size fits my shoulders well. The massaging nubs are unlike anything I’ve seen before, and they really do the job well, without being too intense. They do a good job at working out the knots in my shoulders. I also really like that they put the charging port right on the side strap, making it easy to access, and there’s an indicator light that says when it’s done charging. The buttons on the strap make it easy to control with one hand, and the strap that goes behind can be unhooked one-handed as well. The cover is made of high-quality PU leather and polyester fabric. It had a slight smell at first, but after letting it air out for a few days, it was gone. I’m really happy with it so far.

Unreliable Product/Conpany
Worked great for roughly a month and the plastic piece broke. I reached out several times to claim the “warranty” and did not hear back from the company. Do not waste your money or time on this.
