Best Knee Ice Pack I Have Ever Used
I sometimes have knee pain that requires ice to sooth and this is by far the best Ice Pack for the knee I have found. It covers around the entire knee and behind. Most I have used skimp and do not give full coverage. This one does it perfectly.The pack has 2 sides with different material. The slick side gives more direct cold, but might be too cold for some. The side with the soft material gives a softer cold like if you had a light towel between you and the pack. Typically what I do is use the soft side to start and move over to the shiny side after about 15 minutes.The straps work no matter which side you use. When I say they work I mean they work great. You can actually strap the pack all the way around your knee and it will actually hold in place while you move around. I think this is the first pack I have used that actually holds in place if you have to hobble around a bit.This pack also is designed so well that you can easily and comfortably use it as a normal ice pack for about anywhere on your body. Throw out your old ice packs and just get a few of these and you will be set.Completely frozen this pack easily gave me 20 minutes of cold which is about the amount of time you want to ice an injury. It comes with a nice little reusable zipper bag to use when you put it into the freezer. This is a nice touch as it keeps the material from coming in contact with anything else in the freezer.All in all this has been the best Ice Pack I have ever used. It is absolutely perfect for the knee and you can use it on most other parts of your body as well. It is so nice when you come across a great product like this that actually does what it says and does it well.

Must have for neck issues
Got my wife a bunch of these after her nerve procedure and she loved them. They are flexible. The size provides great coverage. They are easy to use. They hold fairly well but not super clingy. They last 15-20 minutes sometimes longer so good ice retention.

Very cold and flexible! It is also a great shape you can use on your knee, or keep in folded and put it behind your back while sitting. The fuzzy side works really well and is very comfortable.

Love these ice packs. I mostly use them for my neck and shoulders but can be used to wrap around an arm or leg. Really can be used for most any areas needing a quick icing. Very easy to store and clean.

I got these for use after my cervical epidural steroid injections and for managing general spine pain. They took 5 weeks to arrive, so keep that in mind when ordering. They didn’t make it in time for my first injection and I ended up with a bruise; I used a regular ice pack and it didn’t always stay where I needed it and I either didn’t start soon enough or didn’t use it long enough. Anyway, I had the wraps ready for the second injection and took one in a small cooler with me to the hospital and put it on before heading home. They are very flexible and conform easily to the neck. I have had to redistribute the gel a bit, but that is pretty easy to do by putting them on the floor and kneading the gel over to even it out when they are thawed. I found that using a medium binder clip to hold the ends together is helpful and allows me to be mobile and not have to hold it where I need it with my hand or a pillow since the injection site is on the right side of my neck. The soft lining is great and I don’t need to put anything else on it like I do with my regular ice packs. Once frozen for a couple of hours, each lasts more than an hour. I’m not sure how long because I put it on my neck for 20-30 minute and then lay it flat with the other side up to go under my back for another 20-30 minutes and then refreeze it and then alternate with the other one the next time. They look to be well made and durable and will work for what I need them for. Using a binder clip or two, they can also be used to wrap other body parts like an ankle or knee. The price is reasonable for two when compared to similar items and the size makes them versatile for using on other body parts besides the neck. These were a great buy to keep in the freezer for use when needed and they don’t take up a lot of room in the freezer due to their flexibility and thickness, which allows them to be folded or laid flat or otherwise bent to fit a space.Edit: The price has gone up since I purchased them. The same item is available from other sellers, so compare prices.

Very large and versatile ice pack, good for more than just knees
At 18×10 this is a very large ice pack which I really liked. The size makes this very versatile and it can be used for more than just knees (lower backs, shoulders, etc.). One side of the pack is plush and very soft to the touch, with the other being the classic smooth cover. I left this in the fridge overnight and the next day it was cold and ready to use. Once frozen, the gel is not solid but like a very thick slushy that allows the pad to be wrapped or bent to the area you want to cool. It is very cold when you start and stayed cool for about 30 minutes or so. I would give it 4.5 stars (if I could) as it does exactly what it says and lasts for about the listed timeframe. The only thing that would make this better (for me and this is really a personal preference) is I wish it could stay cold a bit longer. I like to ice a little longer and if this could last another 15 min. it would be perfect. I think it will last long enough for most people but I do wish it just lasted a bit longer.

It gets super stiff when i leave it in the freezer for to long which makes it hard to wrap it over my shoulders. If i leave it in the fridge its just not cold enough/ i just dont have enough space in my fridge. And if its in the freezer it will grow ice on top and leak water everywhere.
