Bought these before an international trip, took the recommended dosage (2 pills) the entire trip (2 1/2 weeks) once i came back home and to date i have only been taking 1 pill.I began to get a “soapy” throat which could be a symptom of too much zinc.I read other reviews that stated that taking 1/2 the dosage works better for most, i would agree with that unless you’re highly exposed to germs like when going on an international trip, however if you feel you may be catching something definitely take the recommended dosage then play it by ear. So far i haven’t gotten sick at all, heres to hoping they keep doing their job.
