Beware: loss of libido
I have been taking this ashwagandha for several months now. Intially, I was very pleased with how I felt and how much stronger I got while taking it. I went from doing 70-80 knuckle pushups to doing 110-120. I was so enthusiastic, I increased my daily intake to about 4,000 mg. However, what I then noticed was a complete loss of libifo. Its as if I have zero interest in sex and have been unable to function for several weeks now. I went on the web and found there are other people who have experienced the same problem after taking KSM-66 Ashwagandha. I have refuced the daily intake to anout 750 mg and still have no libido. I’m wondering how much more I have to reduced the intake to restore things to normal and how long it takes I started taking maca to hopefully improve the situation, but so far, no change.

I feel well rested when I wake up. That alone would’ve been enough for a 5 Star review from me.But the bonus of using Pattern Ashwagandha is the increased blood flow. I’m feeling like an 18 year old, if you catch my drift. I’m ready to go at any time of day from the moment I wake up. I was doing fine in that department before starting this supplement, but I’m not mad at these results at all. Got me feeling myself.I’ve been taking one pill in the morning after breakfast and another after dinner. I haven’t experienced any side effects and plan to update my review if necessary.Look at other reviews and make your own decision. This was not a paid review.
