Great Results for Postpartum Hair Loss, but Pricey and Pills Have a Slight Smell
’ve been using Nutrafol Postpartum Hair Growth Supplements for three months, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results! As a new mom dealing with postpartum hair shedding, this supplement has been a game-changer. By the second month, I noticed way less hair falling out in the shower and on my brush, and now I’m seeing baby hairs sprouting along my hairline, making my hair look fuller and healthier. The blend of natural ingredients like shatavari, marine collagen, and theanine seems to work wonders, not just for hair but also for stress relief, which is a huge bonus during the postpartum phase. I love that it’s OBGYN-developed, breastfeeding-friendly, and backed by clinical studies—91% of women saw less shedding after two months, and I’m definitely in that camp! That said, there are a few cons. The price is steep at $88 for a month’s supply, though subscribing saves a bit. For the results, I find it worth it, but it’s a big investment. Also, you have to take four large capsules daily, which can be tough if you’re not great with pills—I manage by taking them with breakfast. Lastly, the pills have a slight aquatic smell, probably from the marine collagen and DHA. It’s not bad once you swallow them, but you’ll notice it when opening the bottle.Overall, I’d recommend Nutrafol Postpartum to any new mom struggling with hair loss. It’s effective, high-quality, and safe, but the cost and pill size might give some pause. Worth trying if your budget allows!

Postpartum Self-Esteem Saver
As a disclaimer, I have never had an issue with hair growth in terms of length. My main goal of taking Nutrafol Postpartum was to prevent thinning of my pre-existing hair. My secondary goal was restoration of hair length. Prior to being pregnant, I had fine, wavy, hip-length hair but cut it to shoulder-length while pregnant.I am a first-time mother and I started noticing significant hair loss around three months postpartum. I was left with a hairball every time I washed/brushed/combed it. This in combination with postpartum depression and all of the life changes caused me distress and so I chose Nutrafol Postpartum as it is safe for breastfeeding mothers.I have been taking it consistently for a little over five months and am happy to share that not only did Nutrafol Postpartum mitigate the shedding, it has also visibly thickened my hair at the scalp, minimized breakage while brushing, and added roughly six inches of length. I did not drastically change my diet nor lifestyle in order to achieve this, and I plan to continue my Nutrafol journey for the unforeseen future.I highly recommend this product to any mother that is hoping to regain their spark and self-esteem after having a baby.

They WORK. Results don’t happen overnight! Duh.
100% these work. Trust me. The price point threw me off and I stayed away from trying these supplements for a very long time until finally I got desperate. After having a child, my hair was never the same again. The constant shedding the irritated scalp. It was depressing. So I gave in and I can honestly tell you after using the supplements for a year, the shedding is minimal, but my hair is back to being full and there’s constant new growth coming in and I no longer have an itchy irritated scalp. Also, it makes your nails grow so who doesn’t want that. You’re going to see people leave reviews saying that it did nothing for them, but I have to say that it seems like those are people who expected to see results right away. You have to take these consistently. Like I said, I’ve been on it for a year, maybe more and the results are actually real. You can’t expect a miracle overnight! If you happen to see a difference in your situation after two months, consider yourself a rare gem. But supplements take time to get in your system and actually work. So keep that in mind. Also, something to note, while the dosage says to take 4/day, I have actually been taking 2/day because I take other supplements and I didn’t want to overwhelm my system with more of a particular vitamin than necessary.Basically I didn’t want too much overlapping of vitamins and nutrients from all the supplements I take. And let me tell you, just taking 2 of these pills instead of the recommended 4 has not affected the results in any way!The supplement works. Period. You just have to actually take them and use them for MONTHS. Like I said results don’t happen overnight. So be consistent. Be patient. And you’ll see it’s worth it.

Shedding Stopped!
I hate that they cost sooo much but it absolutely helped my hair shedding. I didn’t know what was wrong with my hair but after every wash clumps and clumps of hair came out. I took this for about a month ( not every single day but every weekday) and the over shedding stopped . Also took Vital Proteins Collagen powder. I had a friend that had stomach aches from certain supplements because she was mixing them wrong. If this is you , I recommend you make sure it’s okay to take certain ones together

Stay away, postpartum mommas!!!
Welp, rarely do reviews but I had to for this one. I’m five months postpartum and have been taking nutrafol postpartum at exactly one month pp. Not only has my hair loss been the same if not worse since taking (compared to my other post partum experiences) but I have literally gained weight since taking. I know what you’re thinking… some women gain weight whilst breastfeeding, or take longer to lose “baby weight”. Nope! This is my third baby and I know my body. With the exercises and dieting I do it makes no sense. Till I decided actually look into more reviews on this product. This company ultimately banks on what happens naturally for women when hair starts to grow back. So, if you feel like spending 88 bucks each month, getting fatter and not see results for your hair. Be my guest. Otherwise, stay away from this. What a waste of time, money, hair and stress. Your hair will eventually start growing back from postpartum hair loss, just takes a little time. (In case first time mommas are reading this review)
