Easy on the gut
As a vegan, I found I was not getting enough iron in my diet. Research shows that having vitamin C along with the iron helps with absorption. This product is easy on my stomach and I have much less trouble with abdominal pain when I use it. It is easy to swallow and I feel that I have more energy since I’ve been taking it. I haven’t had a follow up blood work so I’m not sure how much of a difference it makes
