I’ve been taking Intimate Rose Myo‑Inositol & D‑Chiro Inositol (40:1 ratio with Vitamin D₃ & Ashwagandha) for about 2 months. While I haven’t had drastic results yet, my periods have become more predictable and less painful, and I feel less bloated and more energetic overall. The capsules are easy to swallow and I like that it’s vegan and made in the USA.My only concerns are that I sometimes feel sleepy midday when I take a full dose without food, and the bottle seemed small for the price—though this formulation is clean and effective. I plan to continue for at least one more month to give it a full trial.

Helped bring some sense of “normal” back!
This helped me so much I just ordered by 3rd bottle. I have PCOS. Luckily I do not have the weird cycle timing and my periods are normal (used to be heavy) but my gosh my hormones were awful. I lost 85 lbs and my body has not adjusted and has had a slow time regulating itself and getting used to it.
