I’ve been using the Pattern Wellness Prenatal Complex for a little while now, and I’m really pleased with it so far. Prenatal support
This prenatal supplement seems comprehensive with a blend of vitamins and nutrients. Some of the vitamins choices are decent like the citrates and oxides versions and I would much prefer better ones. It has the standard fillers that are also seen in other supplements. The pills are standard in size and easy to take, but the serving is 3 a day, so multiple pills comparable to other prenatal supplements. For a month’s supply, it’s a bit expensive to me though and not a great value and I’ve seen better ones.

I’ve been taking these vitamins everyday for a little over a week now. Im not pregnant, but ordered these because they have a larger variety of vitamins that regular women’s vitamins dont have. I recently lost over 100lbs and my body started feeling weak and I was losing hair, so I figured I needed extra nutrients. These are great so far! The recommended dose is 3 capsules daily. Since im not pregnant I’ve been taking 1-2. There are 90 capsules in the bottle so they should lasy me a couple of months.

Good all around vitamin
Per the ingredients it appears to contain all the essentials needed such as DHA, folate, iron, probiotics, and biotin. The capsules are easy to swallow and can be taken on a full or empty stomach without too much upset to my stomach.It is a comprehensive formula with high-quality nutrients that is easy on the stomach. I did notice an aftertaste, but it isn’t horrible.

I’ve tried a few different prenatal vitamins, but the Pattern Wellness Prenatal Complex honestly stands out. From the first week, I noticed it didn’t upset my stomach like some others do—probably thanks to the added ginger and probiotics. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I love that it combines everything I need in one bottle: DHA, folate, iron, and even biotin for hair and nails (a nice bonus when hormones do their thing!). Three!!!!! No way.
I was so disappointed to find a “serving size” of these prenatal was THREE. I’m not pregnant – I take them as multivitamins and always have. However, who wants to take three large pills? Especially if you ARE pregnant? Also, I compared them to my usual prenatal vitamins – and they have LESS mg of almost every vitamin – when when taking three (my current pill is smaller and you only take one). These are also very expensive for a 30 days supply. I would not recommend them.

as someone who wants to prepare as much as possible for a pregnancy in the next year or two, i decided to start taking prenatal supplements. pattern wellness makes other supplements as well + their products do not contain preservatives, GMOs, or dairy and gluten. i love how transparent the ingredients are + it includes the amount of servings. the capsules are a bit large (but that’s unfortunately the case with most prenatal supplements). i have a super sensitive tummy and these have been really gentle thus far and have not caused any side effects for myself, particularly. the instructions are clear and this includes a 30 day supplies (with 90 supplements included, with the serving instructions of three tablets per week).
