Ladies, this supplement works for me.My doc wouldn’t prescribe me anything because I wasn’t considered menopause yet. But my symptoms: hot flash, mood swings, cranky, and DEPRESSION…I just had to try something. This took care of it all. I occasionally have mild hot flash, nothing compared to having to take a walk in a tshirt when it’s 30 degrees out. VERY mild and brief hot flash. I just take one pill a day and I’m on my 8th bottle.Once I received my prescribed meds I stop ordering this and guess what? The hot flash came back. I’m just going to continue taking this good stuff in addition to what my doc gave me. She knows I’m taking them. Money well spent!

Im giving 5 stars for now, will review after a while. I stated taking these on a Saturday only one to get used to it. I had intense stomach upset iykyk and a headache. I just felt meh. Sunday, day 2, still one, was pretty much the same, felt like the headache never went away and stomach pain. Monday, no stomach pain. Very very mild headache, by Tuesday. I was feeling great. Not sure if the supplement or the weather change but I stopped having intense night sweat by Monday night. My hot flashes are less frequent and intense during the day. My appetite is..Just better. Wednesday, I forgot to take it… was fine most of the day but felt very bloated, had some hot flashes and had night sweats thar night. Took one on Thursday, back to headache and stomach pains. This seems to be my bodies start point for these. Fri and Sat were great. I did overheat on Sat but overall, these are helping taking half the recommended dose at only a week in. Will change my review in a few months if things don’t continue to work, but I am pleasantly surprised for now.

Night sweats GONE. It WORKS!
I bought this the day before my complete hysterectomy. Upon coming home, I was in full blown menopause. I started taking this day 1 post op & within 8 days post op the night sweats that were debilitating to my sleep when paired with the residual surgery pains stopped. I’m no longer waking up in the middle of the night blazing or waking up with drenched hair. As long as you take it daily & allow it to build up in your system-it works & helps you get back to being, well, you.

I have been on the patch for a while, and it helps but it definitely did not improve all the aspects of per-menopause. I was having a really bad day and kind of just started looking for anything that I could add that would help (particularly with my mood and fatigue). I am on day 6 and I have not felt this good in months and months! I have more energy, I am sleeping better, and I don’t want to bite my whole family’s head off every time they need me for something. I know it may not be for everyone, but for the price it is worth trying. If it does half of what it has been doing for me, you will be glad you did!!

I got these a few weeks ago and wanted to give them an honest go before I reviewed. Id been having pretty severe hot flashes at least 10 to 15 times a day everyday. Within a few days of taking these those numbers dropped drastically… now a month in…I cant remember the last hot flash I had. Its amazing. My mood is even and I feel good.
