SOLD! picky drinker with a positive review
Picky drinker here! I am super sensitive to artificial sweeteners of all kinds and super picky when it comes to these kind of drinks. These flavors are incredible- I’ve tried the raspberry and strawberry kiwi. They are sweet so I dilute with a lot of water for the flavor power I like and I really like that you can adjust in that way. It doesnt have the fake ultra-sweet taste and dissolves quickly without any chalky or funny texture. I have noticed in the past few weeks that my nails are super strong! I guess that’s the most obvious physical change but I do think it is helping my mood in a way and definitely helps me drink a ton more water!

Good flavor, only slight metallic taste at the end of the bottle. Better mood and energy, prevents mid afternoon crash. Individual packets great for on the go. No bloating.

Gives me headaches.
I can say I do have to water down a lot because it’s too sweet for my taste, but it tastes good. The bad thing is, for some odd reason, I get really bad headaches when I take this. Should I take half a pouch? Please help.

Raspberry flavor is great!
The flavor is amazing, not sure fully how it works as I’ve only been using it for a few days, but I do suffer with IBS and I feel less bloated.

Weird reaction
I never leave reviews but felt like I needed to for this one. First; this flavor tasted like sugary penicillin. It was almost impossible to mix. It would seem like it would all be mixed up and then I would take a drink and get a mouthful of gritty powder. This also made me feel really weird. My head would get tingly and start burning after I drank it and my eyes would get itchy. It also made me very tired almost dizzy. I’ve taken lots of supplements and never had this problem. Maybe I’m allergic to something in the ingredients. But just a warning! And also curious on if this bothered anyone else because I haven’t read any reviews that talked about this! Was really hoping this would work for me!

Aftertaste and smell
So far I’ve only tried one packet in one water bottle and had to choke it down. It smells absolutely terrible and my breath smells that way after drinking it. I’ll finish the bag for the price I paid and hoping for results but there’s such a nasty smell and after taste that I’m not sure I could stand to continue using it. I purchased here before getting a subscription during the Black Friday sale to see if I even liked it and I’m glad I tried it first and found out. Bought raspberry flavor.
