Wow.My brain fog, lack of motivation & overall mental fatigue was really getting down, so I’ve been desperately trying to find something to help. I can only drink 2 cups/coffee per day max too much caffeine makes me jittery and anxious, so that wasn’t cutting it.I was suspicious of reviews touting the effectiveness of these gummies- especially given the relatively high price point. More often than not, supplements fail to deliver on promises and I end up regretting wasting the money.Not the case with these…they WORK!Within the first hour or so of taking them (2/day as directed), I noticed a difference. Within the first couple of days, a huge difference. I’ve experienced laser focus, clarity, heightened motivation & mental energy. It’s a night and day difference. I’ve been able to focus and stay motivated on tasks at work and at home that I’ve been procrastinating for weeks and month. And have been able to stay focused on finishing things I start all in one sitting (which has always been a challenge for me.) I also just feel an overall sense of increased productivity and a sense of accomplishment.I would HIGHLY recommend these if you are suffering from mental sluggishness and an overall lack of motivation & brain fog. The benefits of these are more than worth the price to me in terms of the improvement to my quality of life.I take mine first thing in the morning before my first cup of coffee. While they don’t make me jittery, they do contain some caffeine, so I wouldn’t recommend taking them later in the day. I do feel that if I take them in the afternoon, I tend to feel a bit “wired” by bedtime. Unlike with just caffeine, the effects of these are long lasting, taking them early in the morning gets me through the day well into early evening. There’s no “crash.”These taste great with no mushroom aftertaste like some other types I’ve tried. I appreciate that these are zero sugar. All that said, I really don’t care what they taste like if they work as well as this.Highly recommended and worth every penny.

I’m only on day two, hence the 4 star review. Hoping with more time to test it increases to a 5 star review. My second day taking them, first full day, I noticed increased focus and concentration. I also felt like I could better handle things that came my way. (I’m a mental health therapist so my days can be heavy).
