This massager is great! I use it every time my neck gets out of wack! It feels like you are getting a real massage from a masseuse. They were also extremely helpful, as I lost the adapter to the massager, I contacted them, they sent me a new adapter promptly. I am very satisfied with my massager, and the great customer service I received with this product, from the Company.

Stunningly good!
This product is unreal! I ordered this during a chaotic period of work, and so I took delivery, and quickly set it aside and forgot about it. Today, my neck and traps were hurting so much from living way too much of my life hunched over, typing. After unsuccessfully trying to get the pain out with a Theragun, I remembered that I had this. So I got it out and plugged it in and promptly had my mind blown. Immediately I was shocked my how strong the massaging action was. The surprise turned to genuine surprise and amazement as the different massage motions felt no different in terms of strength and precision as the best human-provided neck and shoulder massage I’ve ever had! After 15 minutes my muscle knots were long gone and my pain was in retreat. As an added bonus, i feel super relaxed – which is just what i needed in the middle of a heavy work docket right now. Amazing product!! I’m genuinely thankful to whomever developed it. So good that I’m telling a bunch of friends to get this ASAP!

I got this as a last minute gift for my husband. He absolutely loves it.He is a utility locator and is always bent over looking at the ground almost every day.This helps those tight areas around the shoulders and back for those long days.Ample amount of battery and easy to use, with an expensive feel to it.Durability is still holding up to the cost, I am worried about the buttons wearing down over time.It doesn’t make TOO much noise, there is a bit of a sound. Nothing overly annoying.Getting it on can be a bit awkward, but once you get it positioned, holding it isn’t an issue .

I love this massager
I ordered this massager because I had continuous neck, upper arm (don’t know if it is bursitis, tendonitis, or rotator cuff), and shoulder pain and especially mid back behind the shoulder blade (which was the worst because it seemed to affect all the other areas). This item made a huge improvement in all these areas. No, it didn’t happen over night. I used it faithfully every night, and little by little the pain lessened. At about three months, the pain was almost non-existent. Though I had a problem with the massager at that time, I still give the product five stars because the customer service at this company was wonderful; they immediately sent me a replacement. So in addition to what I’ve been using it for (and will continue to do so because the pain returned a bit during the time I was without it), I’m going to see if I can get similar results using it on both hip areas.

This massager is so good. As a licensed massage therapist, I use this to help with my back, neck, shoulders, legs, etc. You get to control the amount of pressure by using the arm straps, or by leaning into it.The controls allow you to adjust the directions, speed and warmth.It’s a product I recommend to family, friends and clients!One that I recently purchased was missing a single part….the owner sent an entire massager IMMEDIATELY! Now that’s customer service!Highly recommend!

Great Customer Service
Absolutely love this neck massager!!! Purchased this in 2023 and used it every day religiously (sometimes twice/day) upon receipt. Great to relax and massage the neck and back. Actually, won’t start my day without my massage. Unfortunately, just recently (mid 2025) had a small issue with the fabric tearing. Contacted the manufacturer and they immediately resolved the issue. Again, the massager is awesome and the customer service is equally deserving of praise. What a pleasant surprise in this day and time to find a manufacturer who truly cares about their customers!!!

Needs A Slower Speed
This is the first time that I’ve used any device like this. It was incredibly painful. It only has two speeds, and they are both quite strong and forceful. After trying the higher speed, which was extremely uncomfortable, I chose the slower speed, which was much more tolerable, but still not pleasurable. I like the fact that you wear it around your neck, but it is heavy and not easy to maneuver. The placement of the buttons is not good as they should be located lower toward your hand and not on your upper arm. I also would have liked to feel the heat. This has one setting for heat; I could not tell the difference between having the heat off or on. I use a very nice heating pad, and I expect to feel the heat. I am going to return it and try to find a three-speed with two heat settings and better button placement.

Massage element works well, though minimal ability to adjust so that the machine stays on lower/gentle settings for those with severe shoulder pain. Minimal heat which is very disappointing as the heat mode was the main reason for going for the more expensive machine, for pain relief. Well made & gives a strong massage.
