Much better than frozen corn!
I bought this for my husband to use for knee pain and it has been great for pain and swelling that occurs after a long run/workout so he could stop using a frozen bag of corn (LOL). I bought the XL version because my husband has pretty muscular legs so I wanted to make sure it fit, but it is in fact rather large so I probably could have gotten away with the regular sized one. It still does the job and can be adjusted to fit so I didn’t feel the need to exchange it based on that alone. It does a nice job staying cold for 30-45 minutes as well. Overall this is a great purchase for someone with knee pain.

I love this ice pack for my knee!!! I’ve had 2 surgeries on my knee over the years and occasionally it swells and hurts and this ice pack is a God send! I just put it on before going to bed and it stays cold forever! Would highly recommend!!!

Versatile ice packs, not just for knees
I own two other Revix ice packs for before these and, as usual, these are very high quality. Even though, these are designated as “XXXL Knee” ice packs, they work perfectly fine on my skinny legs and even on my arms (cold part reaches all the way around on my arms). In fact, these work well for the back as well, but the straps would not be long enough to go all the way around an adult (you could use a belt if you need to use them on your back while walking around).These have a very soft premium feel to them and the ice gel stays somewhat soft even when frozen. The hook and loop fastening straps are wide and solid. They also come with reusable plastic bags to keep them from getting smelly or iced over in the freezer. I find they stay cold about 20-30 minutes while using them, btu that will obviously vary based on your conditions.While the price is certainly not cheap, they are appropriately priced for the quality and so I find them to be a good value.

great for achy anything
Got these for son who has achy joints after work each day. He loves them as so easy to use, stay colder longer than most icing products and are easy to put in to freeze again for the next evening. He said he would recommend to anyone who asked due to the ease of it.

Easy to apply, and effective at keeping the knee cold
This goes on your knees and applies plenty of cold and a small amount of pressure. They are easy to freeze, and come with a bag to keep the fabric from freezing to other items in the freezer, a nice touch.When applied, it keeps the knee cool to cold (depending on how long in the freezer; the fabric provides just enough insulation to avoid hurting your skin with the cold, and the cold lasts for a while. Says 45 minutes, but I didn’t need that long. It was still cold at 15 minutes for sure.These are big, but I am typically XL and they wrapped around my knee just fine. They could definitely go on someone that was men’s medium, but smaller than that it might not be perfect.These are fairly stiff with the thick material and gel ice pack.. You need your knee straight, it will not bend with this wrapped around. Not for wearing while doing athletic events, more to deal with pain afterwards. But with that said, they are flexible enough you could apply them to other body parts.Easy to apply, and effective at keeping the knee cold, this is a good choice if you need to ice your knees regularly. Pretty nice for me, and I will probably send one with my dad because he needs to do this regularly.
