My husband and I have been using Six Star Pre-Workout for about a year or so now, and it has quickly become our go-to pre-workout. My husband is a gym rat – 6’3″ and 215lbs – and works out every single day, sometimes twice a day. Great product for the price
The taste isn’t overpowering. Usually I have to water down my pre-workout but this one has great flavor. The powder dissolves easily in water even with a scoop of my creatine too. I’ve used this pre workout multiple times and it doesn’t make me feel super jittery. I get a good workout and feel refreshed after and not shaky. For the price, this is a great product

Effective, at a great price point.
I have tried to quite a few different pre-workouts ranging in cost from affordable ones like these, and the ones that are over $40, and I can’t say I really noticed a huge difference between them. I don’t take pre-workout every single time I work out, I save it for when I need it, that way it will always be effective. This one contains 320 mg of caffeine, but if you’re sensitive the caffeine, you might want to cut the dose in half. It does only require one scoop, and one scoop is good for 6 oz of water. The flavor is decent, I have no complaints with it. It also contains 3.2 g of beta alanine, 3 g of L-citrulline, and 1812 mg of electrolyte matrix. So overall it does work for energy, I also noticed better focus when I’m using it, it tastes decent, and it mixes fine.

Best Pre-Workout I’ve Tried Yet
I took this pre-workout before my beach volleyball game, and I’ve never felt so focused and energized. It’s the first pre-workout I’ve tried that didn’t give me the jitters. I was also really impressed with the taste — I got the fruit punch flavor, and it was excellent. Highly recommend!

Flavor isn’t great and servings are deceiving.
Fruit punch flavor was gross. Tastes almost like the smell of crazy glue. I purchased for the price, but for the amount of ingredients that you get it’s not worth it. I don’t drink coffee so I rely on the caffeine in it for the morning but it’s advertised as “320mg caffeine” and it tiny words “per 2 servings” but then you’re almost overdoing it on the beta-alanine and taurine, at least for me. At 2 scoops, to get that much caffeine, it’s just not as economical as other preworkout.

Great for newbies!
As someone relatively new to pre workouts, I went with this brand because it does not include creatine (which I already get separately from gummies). I like the taste and the effects are amazing! I can power through workouts easily without feeling too depleted afterwards to do anything else. I don’t love the tingling feeling I get from this but I understand it’s due to an ingredient that’s in many other pre-workouts. Takes some getting used to. I’m satisfied with my purchase.
