Why can’t my smartphone connect to the fitness ring?
For first-time use, remove the ring from the battery case and peel off the insulation film. Charge the ring for 5 seconds to activate it. Make sure Bluetooth is on and keep the fitness ring within 1 meter of your phone.

How do I wear the smart ring correctly?
For best accuracy, wear the smart ring on the index finger of your non-dominant hand. You can also wear it on your middle or ring finger. Make sure the sensor faces the palm, and the fitness ring fits comfortably at the base of your finger.

Great multi function ring at a great price!
I don’t quite understand the mediocre reviews. Did I just get lucky? Or are there just a ton of whiners out there who are never satisfied with anything. The ring is stylish, comfortable and lite, true to size, syncs easily to your phone, accurately (within a few percentage points) reads your BP, Pulse, Blood Ox, steps, and sleep score and presents it all in an easy to follow app dashboard that includes score history to track your measurements. And there is no subscription or a requirement to enter your credit card or other private info anywhere. I’ve been wearing it nonstop for 2 days and the battery is at 75%. This is as good as it gets. I love it. And at 1/4 the price of the high end rings (that don’t measure BP) you can’t beat the value. As long as it doesn’t catch fire or explode on my finger after a month, I will be buying another for my wife.

This smart ring is awesome! Tracks my heart rate, sleep, and steps super accurately without any annoying fees or app glitches. Super comfy for all-day wear, even in the shower, and the battery lasts a solid week. Best health tracker so far
I love this health tracker. It is great. Does sleep, BP and temperature. It has an easy user friendly application that was quick and easy to download and set up. The ring is very nice and looks great. The sizing was perfect and I love the extra features and exercise goals you can set up in the app including sleep hours and REM states. I think it is well worth the cost and I would easily recommend this product. I have used it in many different situations including the shower and had no problems. I will update in a few weeks.

Good mechanics, a little uncomfortable
It’s a thick ring around my finger is the only problem I have. Other than that, the smart ring works really well! It tracks my sleep, steps, heart rate, you name it! It’s also pretty affordable too since it tracks all these important things in our daily life. I would recommend this product, but would be comfier if the ring wasn’t so big.
