Using to help in managing blood sugar in pre diabetic situation. Use in adding to smoothies and soups. Also tasty when added to non-dairy milk to make puddings sweetened with real maple syrup and fresh fruit.

Despite bad the few bad reviews my chia seeds were as described, all white chia seeds, they absorbed fluids very well and were very filling. I found absolutely no pebbles or rocks or anything that looked out of place while examining it.I bought this for the nutrition and how it helps with digestion because of the fiber. It did everything I expected and it tastes great. Great value too!Don’t hesitate to buy it.

Great Health benefit, easy prep
I have been buying these since I discovered the health benefits a few years ago. I add 1 serving daily in my breakfast, which is greek yogurt, with the seeds, fruit and granola added. (You have to prep a teaspoon of the seeds in a cup with some water, allowing them to expand before using.) It doesn’t take long, but I prep overnight, and place in frig for breakfast next morning
