Love, love love it!
The little book is amazing. What I love about it is that it doesn’t require a lot of writing. It’s perfect for somebody with high anxiety levels.. I suffer from CPTSD. It’s a very nice cover. It almost has a coding that allows it to be a little waterproof. I will buy them annually.

Very Helpful
If you have stress and anxiety that manifests itself into physical symptoms, I highly recommend this journal. For awhile I have suffered from tension headaches, stomach issue and fatigue. This journal helps you log your symptoms, triggers, stress level and sleep to better understand what you are experiencing. It also keeps track of how you cope with your triggers so you can understand what works to alleviate anxiety.

This journal is a good place for recording short notes about how you’re feeling each day and why (triggers, sleep patterns, and coping methods). It’s basically just that, though – a daily record.There are absolutely no instructions or guidelines for using it, which I think would have been helpful. As someone new to the daily struggle with anxiety, I recommend using this as a companion to a book that explains anxiety and ways to cope with it.

So far it’s great! I really enjoy how you can graph your anxiety levels throughout the day and write in other notes. My book came intact and everything looked good. Only thing is I don’t know if it’s 90 or 120 days…😂
