I bought the patch to help with hot flashes. I am very grateful for this company. My hot flashes are not as intense as they used to be. I also appreciate how the patch does not leave a rash with normal sweating. I did find if I did not clean the area before placing the patch (to remove normal body oil) the patch would curl off. Once I figured it out, my patches do stay put.

Material and adhesive seems to have changed
Not sure if y’all have changed both the thickness of the patch but also the adhesive but I am now having skin reactions as well as it’s extremely painful to remove these patches now. Unfortunately I don’t think I can keep using these, sucks because they work really well, been using them for probably 3-4 months now. Hoping you go back to the old patches and adhesive. First photo is from last night and second is showing I still have an outline of the patch and irritation from the night before.

Life altering for PCOS.
Wow! These patches are life altering for PCOS!I’m getting chills thinking about it. I’ve suffered for a long time with PMS symptoms as a result of high testosterone due to PCOS. Every mark of high testosterone came with my period: emotional upset, sweating, general akathisia, all of it. These patches fixed that.I was cynical about a patch working this well but now I wonder how much gross stuff I absorb through my skin. Patchology made me a healthier person, as a whole person, mind and physical body. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They’re easy to use and they last! Very effective. It’s a huge relief.

Item worked perfect first time
Like i said item worked fine first time i bought these very effective in relaxing me and doesnt irritate my skin stall. but recently started running low and decided to buy another. Unfortunately this one the adhesive is very weak, i had no issue with this on the first one i got. Might be a defective batch or something so imma wait to buy again hopefully item gets fixed soon in manufacturing. Other than that these work great for relaxing helped lower my anxiety a bit and make me feel more relaxed. Highly recommended just hope you dont get a weak defective version.

I followed what little instructions it had and my mood, happiness did not improve. Makes a person almost cry when you buy the mood enhancing products going through the list, trying to do exactly how manufacture suggests and blaaaa

Does help boost mood
This product does help with boosting your mood and energy. I have used it for a week now and have noticed waking up is a little better and I have more motivation to do things. Definitely going to keep buying more just put on after a shower they do cone off with water so put on your shoulder or neck.

I cannot tolerate iron pills if any kind. This is a good alternative. Just started so I don’t know if it willHelp.

Thank you for this opportunity to comment about these patches. They were purchased for my wife who has difficulty sleeping and who has tried these patches on 3 occasions all to no effect on her sleep when compared to tking this form of supplilent in capsule or tablet form.

On the fence with these. Really hard to tell if they actually work. I would not say they totally make stop you sweating or feeling hot. If you live in a hot country that is humid – I do not think they do what we would hope – but anyone would sweat in humid weather. If in cooler climate – or perhaps on cooler days in hot countries – they may offer a bit of relief. I have tried other patches from The Patch Remedy – and have to say it is hard to confirm if they are doing anything or not. One thing I can say is that I do feel the Sleep patches actually work. I have been getting a much better sleep if combined with a menopause patch. So for sleep – I feel it has worked.I think it would be better if patches were round and not square, so that corners do not catch on clothing – and perhaps less plastic and more of a soft material would allow them to stick longer – like the Slimtox Patches. I have used various patches from The Patch Remedy for quite some months now and have found the best place to put them are on the top of the arm as long as no hair – and don’t always put on same arm but swap sides. Also do not apply moisturiser at all before (at least on that spot) and make sure skin is totally dry and no sweat. Try not to touch the corner other than perhaps with your nail when peeling off the sheet or the end tends to stick up and come off. If you do start to sweat whilst wearing them or change clothes once are twice, they do get caught and come off. I do not think you will see any difference at all if you just use one pack now and then – maybe try consistency for 6 months and see how that goes. They are not like taking a pain relief pill where pain goes away in minutes. I think these patches need to be worn long term and consistently to know if they actually work.

Have trouble sleeping and tried these patches after a friend recommended them. I had a great night’s sleep.They last 12 hours so put them on my shoulder about 6 pm and remove in the shower the next morning.
