Great Taste and Results
Love the vital proteins. I have noticed a difference in my hair, skin and especially my nails. I put it in my coffee in the morning. I find the only way it really dissolves is with a small hand foamer/mixer otherwise it sits at the top. Doesn’t mix well with a spoon. The larger size lasts me about a month and a half or so. Tastes great.

It works for me. I first noticed nails did not crack, knee pain eased and hair condition improved. My bone density increased thankfully. It took six months for none density to improve but it is a blessing.Have not tried other brands as this works!

If you are using just a cup of coffee use less, a full scoop is way to much.
One scoop of this in a big mug of coffee in the morning (with a little French vanilla creamer) and I was hooked. It actually knocks a few years off of your face. Softens the lines around your eyes, and forehead.
