Best pumpkin seed butter
We have purchased many times and gifted to friends. It’s a wonderful, healthier substitute for peanut butter. Apple slices dipped in this pumpkin seed butter is my favorite afternoon snack ever. The unsweetened variety is just as good. If you like pumpkin seeds, you’ll love this.

Not What I Wanted, Too Much Sugar Added
I wanted to love this, but there is added sugar, and I could have overlooked this if there had been less of it. I’m not buying another round, but otherwise it’s a good tasting butter, strong pumpkin seed flavor, yet is a bit loose and runny from the added sugar. I have learned to read the ingredients from now on for sugar and additives.

Good flavor
Once you stirred up this it’s delicious on all sorts of things like apples celery sticks and toast

Pretty horrible.
I should have read the reviews. This taste nothing like pumpkin seed. I only taste the powdered sugar, think donut. It is ridiculously runny and sweet. I seriously question the only 3g of sugar. The label photos in the listing and the description all show or read roasted pumpkin seed. The label on the jar I received makes no mention of roasted and is pretty much a different label than shown. I will not be purchasing this again.

Too thin, just like liquid!
It stays liquid even in the refrigerator so if you put it on toast or bread, it just rolls off. Taste is good, the ingredients look very healthy, but it should be thicker so it doesn’t drip.

Don’t be afraid of the green!
This is a great alternative to peanut butter. The green color may look a little weird, but it tastes amazing.

Great nut-free “nut-butter”
This is my favorite spread since peanuts and tree nuts are no longer an option. It’s sweet, but not too sweet, is an exotic and glorious shade of green, but totally natural and very tasty. It needs to be stirred regularly, but it’s a small price to pay for those of us who miss peanut and almond butter terribly.
