Great greens powder at a very affordable cost
I usually mix this greens powder with water so, my assessment is based on that simple mixture.It’s very finely ground so it isn’t gritty when mixed into a liquid. However, it can get very clumpy if it’s allowed to sit in still liquid so, I recommend stirring while sprinkling it into liquid to prevent clumps from forming. I will sometimes use a frother to make this easier, but this can cause foam to form if it’s agitated too much. I am a fan of the overall texture once it’s fully mixed in. It is overall very easy to mix.It does have a very definitive grassy scent and taste to it, but it’s not overpowering and I offset this by adding in a small squirt of water enhancer, like Mio. I find that the citrus flavors go best, but others work as well.I had been using Amazing Grass after I’d found some on clearance at my local grocery store. After integrating into my daily regimen for a few months and about to run out, I wanted to keep it up and I found this one as a potential replacement. I’m glad I gave this one a try since it’s half the cost and I much prefer the texture of Kate’s.I don’t use this as a replacement for fruits and veggies, but in addition to healthy habits that I can implement into my day, especially since it helps me to drink a little more water throughout my day and doesn’t upset my stomach like some “health” products can.

Gives a good boost to health!
Tastes fresh and mixes beautifully without any clumps. I drink it on the days where I just don’t eat enough greens. The ingredient list is great and I feel that it gives my health a good boost!

In your eyes, up your nose everyday
Packaging doesn’t work for me….green powder launching through kitchen space everytime I flex my muscles to try and open it. I never knew powder could be so fine. Ingredients and taste are quite green. I’d prefer a top open container myself

Weird reaction, truly disappointed.
I had the weirdest reaction to this. I am so disappointed. I was so excited to buy this thinking it was going to be another really healthy choice for my body. Instead my left hand index finger started twitching uncontrollably. I have never had that before, and this was the only new thing to my routine. When I stopped taking it, the twitching stopped. So weird! I hope others do not have my experience.
