i’m trying to get back into positive affirmations because there was a time i changed my mindset by actively saying positive things to myself. i made it habit everytime i said a negative i said 3 positives to myself. before i knew it i was outside walking my dog one day & my brain was like “ugh the weather is so icky” than without notice my brain goes, “ya but i’m so lucky to have this time to walk my dog, be outside & do what i want today” i physically stopped in my steps like WHAT who is she!! and i was so proud of myself.with time it WORKS. you need to speak life into yourself people. our words have power. at first it feels silly like “i am strong” “i am this or this” but it will get better.these cards especially are so beautiful, the colors, the font, the quality. i am so impressed and so grateful for the reasonable price. i also love that the cards are not repetitive & truly deep!sending whoever is reading this, some grace & love, you get one life, take a breath, and really feel that you are okay.. i don’t know what you’re going through but you are so important.. i’m so glad you are here.
