Great massager, compact and strong!
Love this neck and shoulder massager! In fact I am using it right now as I write this review lol. I already had something similar but it had to be plugged in so I bought this one since it doesn’t need to be plugged into the wall which allows me to move around with it. Even on the lowest setting, this massager is really strong and the motor is very quiet. I love the added heat making the massage so relaxing. I’ve been using this every day after a long day of work and it’s been great at loosening the stiffness in my neck and shoulders. Am planning to order another one as a gift for my sister.

Holy **** this thing is awesome! I half expected it to be a crappy Chinese knockoff like 90% of the stuff on Amazon, and maybe it is a knockoff, but it’s one of the good ones. For my budget, it’s all I could afford, but it’s actually very well built, and does exactly what I need. Hoping it’ll help reduce the puffy face I deal with on occasion 👏

This cordless massager supersedes the bulky corded neck massager I purchased in Costco 3 years ago
I bought the Comfier cordless neck massager when it was on sale ($ 10 off regular price), in the hope that it could (at least partly) replace the $100 corded truMedic neck massager I bought 3 years ago from Costco. The truMedic neck massager had been doing well until it suddenly died during holidays.After using the Comfier cordless neck massager for 3 consecutive days, my preliminary conclusion is that this new massager is better than the truMedic corded counterpart in several respects:- Comfier cordless massager is very compact when compared with the truMedic corded (see the photo, the one on the bottom is Comfier).- A massager being cordless rocks! That means no more dealing with the cord and adapter.-The massager head designed by Comfier works better than the shiatsu feature from truMedia; in particular, the massager head penetrates deeply into the neck muscle, and at some point, when the massager works, I feel it is kneading my nerve.-the hand-free feature is a plus! using the click-on strap on your back, you can work before the computer and type while the massager is at play; and-This cordless massager can be used to massage my lower back, and it actually works very strong.Further, a lot of people worry that a cordless neck massager is not as powerful as a corded one, however in this case, the cordless Comfier is massaging at least at the same level as the corded one, due to the massager is equipped with a high Ampere batter pack (the manual says it is 2500mAh). I am also impressed with the battery life: I have used it for 20-30 mins per day for 3 consecutive days and the battery indicator is still green.The above is my impression after use for a few days. I will see if the massager holds up.

It took care of my painful neck, worth every penny!
It’s an intense, brutal contraption that I almost sent back. My neck has been hurting for a while, and the first time that I used this massager, it hurt like a bitch! I also had more pain the next day. I started a return, however I was curious about how others felt so I did some deep diving. Turns out that I wasn’t alone, after reading advice I tried again with the right thickness of a hand towel. The experience went from OWWW to WOW! You have to adjust as you go by using a towel or whatever you choose to be in between your neck and the massager. I’m still ticked about the shoulders, the two arm things are used to support the massager while on your neck, not to massage your shoulders. Big disappointment there, but it does a great job massaging my neck. It’s kinda heavy, but worth it.

Surprisingly Effective and Very Relaxing
I’ve really been enjoying this neck and shoulder massager. It does an excellent job at relieving tension, and I always feel noticeably more relaxed after using it. The design is comfortable, easy to position, and feels great after a long day at a desk or on my feet.The heat and kneading functions work together nicely, and the overall experience is soothing without being overwhelming. The straps make it simple to adjust where I want the pressure, and the massager fits naturally over my shoulders.There are a couple of small things that could be improved, but nothing that takes away from the overall experience — it still delivers a satisfying, calming massage that I look forward to using.If you’re looking for an easy, at-home way to unwind and loosen up tight muscles, this is a great choice.

Great neck and shoulder relief
I’m dealing with some neck and shoulder stiffness due to long hours in front of computer. It’s not severe enough to pay a visit to therapist or doctor. But I was looking for some easy and at-home remedy until I saw this massager, which addresses both neck and shoulder.After a few days using it, I feel my stiffness and tension dropped noticeably. I especially like the shoulder nodes – it gets really deeper pressure when I pull the arm straps tighter. I usually take 10-15 minutes session when I feel my neck or shoulder is sore, and I feel the muscle getting looser.The battery life is solid – I have been able to get several sessions on a single charge. Not dealing with cords is a big plus, I can use it more often in different settings – not stuck to an outlet.The overall build quality and material used are top-notch. I have sensitive skin and I had other massagers that gave me irritation. But I had no issue with this one.If I had to suggest one improvement, I’d add a couple of extra nodes in the center area. Maybe I have a smaller neck, the U-shaped nodes fit around my neck, so the massage pressure is mostly on the side of the neck. I think a node or two placed on the back of the neck will make it more effective.For me, this massager is perfect – for my neck/shoulder stress and mild pain, its shiatsu deep-tissue massage delivers good relief at home, worth every penny.
