A great mind/body/spirit journal!
I am really impressed with this journal! It’s a nice size – slightly bigger than the typical 5 x 8, but still easily manageable and feels good in the hand. At just abt 1 inch thick, it’s definitely not skimpy. It also has two ribbons built in to mark pages, which is always convenient. Now to the important part. In my opinion, to simply call it a mental health journal is kind of selling it short. It does indeed capture mental health progress, such as daily feelings, anxiety levels, and energy. But it’s also a great resource for tracking habits, practicing self-care & gratitude, and keeping track of general health, such as hydration, nutrition, and physical activity. (There’s even a spot for monitoring screen time!). Besides all that, there’s about a quarter of each 2-pg daily spread set aside for free flow journaling. The first 35 pages contain valuable information about mental health, assessing your current situation, core values, symptoms, and triggers of anxiety and depression; as well as suggestions and activities for training positive thoughts, meditation exercises, self-affirmation, and go-to plan for managing difficult situations. Following the intro section is 100 days worth of the 2-oh daily spreads plus weekly reflections. At the very end, there is a two-page progress review and a dozen line pages for general notes. The only thing I can think of that would make this journal better is an elastic closure band, but I can always add one, so that’s very minor.I am a lifelong writer/journaler, but I tend to prefer daily prompts and elements such as habit and nutrition tracking. Each daily two page spread is detailed and well organized, but not overwhelming. I feel like this journal checks all the boxes, and at a great price to boot.I highly recommend!

Nice way to show your self some love.
Y’all this book/ journal is so nice. Whoever created this put a lot of time and effort in making this an actual tool for our well being. I am truly blown away by how thought out and detailed it is. Starting with the details… As soon as I opened this package and touched this book, I knew it wasn’t just a basic journal. The feel of it is thick and heavy ( in a good way). It’s stunning hard covers hold in them some thick quality paper. I haven’t had any pen bleeds . The cover has a sun and moon design on it as if they knew that was my thing. Very nice touch. Then opening the first page is where you really see the effort that was put into it. It’s full of knowledge and motivation from front to back. There are also some really beautiful quotes throughout. It’s never a bad idea to give your mental state some love. Even if you feel you don’t need it .. it won’t hurt you any. The exercises and journal prompts make it easy to use. It’s a 100 day mental health journal. Y’all won’t be disappointed. I’m so impressed. I am so thankful to have found this.

Great guided journal for mental health
I am impressed by this mental health journal. It provides information about anxiety and depression and how to develop mindfulness. It digs into your values and helps you identify triggers for anxiety or depression. It also helps with reframing negative thoughts into more positive ones. It has suggestions for self-care, and I think it is neat to have a self-care plan where you can create your own self-care routine. There are pages for setting boundaries, different meditation types, and mindfulness techniques, as well as pages dedicated to fostering gratitude. It also includes a habit tracker, which is always nice to have. Then, it gets into daily pages where you can reflect on how your day went and what your plans for the next day are. This is just a good way to evaluate your days.Several pages are filled out as samples to show you how to fill out the blank pages. That’s a nice touch. I look forward to using this! I think it will be very handy for improving my coping skills and overall mental health. The only thing I wish it had was an elastic band on the back to hold it closed. Other than that it’s great!

Limited space
This Mental Health Journal is thoughtfully constructed, however, the style is concise & provides limited writing space. It’s like a workbook, to be filled out daily & weekly, bullet point style, in 5 to 10 minute increments, instead of allotting space for longer & more thoughtful journaling. The introductory parts about identifying anxiety & depression triggers, along with developing gratitude & affirmations, etc. could be very useful as a basis for separate daily long-hand journaling in an open-ended style on the topics.

I use it daily!
I am obsessed with this journal. I use it in the morning while I’m drinking my coffee to set goals and affirmations for the day. It is extremely helpful in motivate me, organizing my thoughts, and helps make plans for completing the tasks. There is a lot to fill out if you want. (Morning and night) I prefer to get my feelings and thoughts out in the morning only. It is a beautiful journal and I’ve already recommended it to a friend.
