Nice Meditation Cards
I like the quotes on these cards. I pin them to a board by a mirror that my family uses so they can read them. I swap them out weekly. They are strait to the point, simple, and not too mystical or hokey. The illustrations are cute and simple. I think they are helpful to get some perspective if youre having thoughts that are not helpful and need to refocus. I like how they are color coded too.
