Great for topical relief (fast working too)
Great for immediate relief but not preventative. No breakouts or anything, it’s a topical cream for period cramps and works very well. I had no idea something like this even existed. It smells like mint or eucalyptus so there’s no issue with odor. Little pricy but worth it.

great product for pain relief, but it takes a while to work and the relief doesn’t really last long but besides that the product doesn’t smell bad and has a normal heat level.

Helpful for Cramps
My daughter has severe cramps during the beginning of her cycle. This cream, in addition to over-the-counter pain medications was helpful. She said it did take the edge off, but does not completely eliminate the discomfort. However, would buy again as it was helpful.

Not too much helps with my cramps but surprisingly this does! I don’t know if it’s all in my mind but when I rub this on my belly while having cramps it doesn’t take them completely away but it does make them bearable!

Saved my life!!
I had to post my review, this product is my miracle worker. I have very severe cramps like badly for 7 days straight. I normally take almost 1200 mg of pain meds to take away the pain. I tried this 2 days ago when my period started. I used it it and I instantly felt relief. I still had to take pills but it was only 400mg which was in heard of. I was finally able to sleep through out the night and not get up to take meds. I did. Put the cream 3 times. Not to exceed 4. Day 2 is always a lot too for my period cramps however I only did the cream twice and again 400mg. I did the cream twice. This cream again helped out with the pain I went out dancing and forgot was on my period. Day 3 I put the cream on and so far so good. My point is for someone who has really I mean really bad cramps helps a lot. I placed it on the front lower abdomen and lower back of needed.
