So Important for PCOS symptoms
Hey yall, just wanted to leave this review for others who might be on the fence with this product. I have been taking it for 3 weeks consistently and have noticed changes in my mood, my energy, and my overall health! This supplement, along with intermittent fasting for 16hrs a day and a total 180° in my eating habits has no only allowed me to drop 20 pounds in a short period of time, but I just feel GOOD. I had my last period from the 5th to the 10th of July, and I started taking this on July 13th. No, I am not pregnant (yet!🤞) but this supplement has regulated my cycles and for the first time is YEARS I ovulated 😭 I have 1 daughter who is 9 and we have been trying to have a 2nd since she was 2. Now some people may think this is TMI but I want to be real so other women in my situation don’t feel alone and helpless. Her bio father isn’t in the picture, but she has a dad who has raised her since she was 1.5yrs old. Now I always thought it was his fault we haven’t had any more because I already had a kid when we met, so its not me, right? Not the case.. we suffered 2 miscarriages early on (around the first 2 years of our relationship) and haven’t had a positive test since… I have never been formally diagnosed with PCOS, but after BEGGING the ER nurse for an ultrasound and to not just shoo me away with an 800mg ibuprofen script, I saw what I knew to be true all along. MULTIPLE (probably in the high teens to 20’s) cysts on my ovaries. Ever since I was 12-13 when I got my first cycle, my periods have NEVER been regular. I’ll either bleed for 27 days straight or not at all for 6 months. Since taking control of my health and taking these supplements, I have noticed nothing but positive changes!! I am currently on my period now (1st day of my cycle, 8/5/22) and I can already tell the difference; the pain is usually excruciating and the bleeding nothing short of heavy, ans this is literally the most smooth period I’ve ever had 😂 I’m still cramping, but not to where I can’t get out of bed or do any daily tasks. It’s literally a light twinge that goes away after a few minutes. I’m hoping after this cycle we get good news 🤞 if not, I’m still going to continue using this supplement because it works wonders for my PCOS and next we will try using male Fertility supplements to promote motility in the sperm 😀 I hope this gives some hope and courage to those that are trying so hard to not only grow their family but change the way PCOS effects all of us!! Thank you for taking the time to read.(SIDENOTE) I have also been taking this coq10 along with the Myo every day, it helps dissolve the cystic fibroids on my ovaries to promote uterine and fallopian health after being destroyed by these cysts!

Really helped with my insulin resistance symptoms.
Context:I’ve taken this along with a multivitamin, B-Complex, Triple Complex Magnesium, and Fish Oil, and I started to see results within two weeks. The reason I mention the other supplements is because I cannot say if this alone is what helped or if all in conjunction.Pills: I take all four in one go daily with a meal. No issues with swallowing or flavor.Menstruation: I only was taking a daily women’s vitamin two weeks before I started to take the Myo-Inositol and the other vitamins June 13th? One week after the Myo-Inositol, I started My period as normal (I usually get my period monthly every 28-35days) but it was lighter than usual not as heavy and no big clots.Fast forward to July 21st, I got my period as normal. Difference this time, it was MUCH lighter than I have had it in years. Only a day or two where it was med/heavy BUT I had no fears of leakage because my pads were not as soaked (lack of a better word)Weight:I have not weighed myself. Nor have I changed my current diet nor exercise. I have a pretty sedentary lifestyle currently. I mainly cook meals at home but I do eat out for lunch on the occasion for work.With that said, I noticed my face is less puffy. I’m not as bloated. My apron belly has minimized. Even my sibling asked if I work out my arms just two weeks after taking this because my arms aren’t as big.Hair Growth:I also notice more sprouts of hair growth on my head. A bunch. With PCOS, I was losing hair especially near my hairline, but now it appears to be growing back.With my chin, there hasn’t been much of a difference in regards to less hair growth, BUT I’ve noticed it takes more time for some of my hairs to grow back as of Aug 1, 2025 so after 6 weeks of taking these supplements.Energy:I sleep better. I have more energy. But most of all, I’m starting to feel like myself again. Especially with my face and body.

These capsules are easy to take, no funky aftertaste, and the quality feels way higher than bargain brands I’ve tried. Ok so i wanted to write a detailed review about this product. I bought it a month ago as i was struggling with my hormonal imbalance for past 5 years. I have bloated weight gain, facial hair and sleep deprivation plus so many food cravings throughout the day. So after reading lot of good reviews i thought to give it a try. After using the pills for a month, i am able to give my honest review.Three things which i have noticed have been improved alot in my life are : i am able to loose some weight by controlling my diet (although i was on controlled diet earlier but zero results) i am able to control my food cravings. I am not super hungry throughout the day. Others are noticing that i am loosing some weight.2. My facial hair growth has been delayed. I was doing face laser to remove my facial hair but growth was still quite fast ( i do laser at home with laser machine) now my hair growth has been slow down since i am taking these pills3. Better sleep. I was struggling with my sleep as well. I used to sleep for max 4-5 hours through the night and i felt so lazy the next day. But my sleep has improved alot. Now i sleep around 7 hours, sometimes 7.5 hours and i feel much energetic next morning.I would definitely use this medicine for another two months as i am very happy with the results. And want to see more good results. I have PCOS and this was recommended to me as I was not too keen on the bc method. My period was extremely irregular and I had missed it for a few months before I took this supplement. However my period came exactly a month from when I first started taking these supplements and has been regular since (I am on my third month of taking it). I noticed an improvement on my hirsutism as well. With the excess hair growth coming in slower and less aggressive. Definitely worth a shot if you have PCOS!
